Ranthambore Extension Tour
3 Nights / 4 Days
Trip Highlights
Ranthambore National Park (Rajasthan, North India) is one of the world’s most dramatic and photogenic tiger reserves. Covering ~1,334 sq km between the ancient Aravalli and Vindhya hills, it is dominated by a 1,000-year-old hilltop fortress that gives the park its name.
Famous for diurnal tigers that hunt and rest in broad daylight, Ranthambore offers some of the highest tiger sighting probabilities in India (~70–80 tigers). Its open dry-deciduous forest, scattered lakes (Padam Talao, Rajbagh, Malik Talao), grassy meadows and crumbling ruins create postcard-perfect backdrops.
Species In Focus
Royal Bengal Tiger (diurnal & highly visible), Leopard, Sloth Bear, Striped Hyena, Caracal (rare), Jungle Cat, Sambar, Spotted Deer, Nilgai, Chinkara, Crocodile, and over 300 bird species.
