Day 1 – Arrive Delhi
On arrival at Delhi Airport, you will be met by Mysteries of India representative and chauffeur who will escort you to the hotel. The representative will hand over and explain all travel-related documents to you. Overnight at hotel in Delhi.
Day 2 – Delhi
Checkout from the hotel after breakfast. Today you start your day with sightseeing of Old and New Delhi. Visit Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar, Red Fort, Jama Masjid (Mosque), Chandni Chowk (Moonlight Square) and its nearby markets, India Gate, and drive past the Presidents Palace and Parliament. Overnight at hotel in Delhi.
Day 3 – Delhi – Bhopal – Satpura
Checkout from the hotel after breakfast. You will then be transferred to Delhi airport to board a flight to Bhopal. On arrival at Bhopal, you will be met by your chauffeur who will transfer you to Satpura National Park. Savor your first safari in Satpura National Park. Its wildlife includes spotted deer, Indian bison (Gaur), tigers, leopards, wild boars, wild dogs (known locally as “Dholes”), sloth bears, black bucks (a peculiar sight), porcupines, sambahars, four-horned antelopes (Chowsingha), otters, crocodiles, Malabar squirrels, and more. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 4 – 5 – Satpura National Park
Morning and evening game drives. All meals and overnight at the lodge.
Day 6 – Satpura – Jabalpur – Kanha
Morning drive to Pipariya railway station to board your train to Jabalpur. Arrive Jabalpur and drive to Kanha NP. Kanha is home to a wide range of flora and fauna, undulating grasslands, bamboo and sal woods, and a vast network of rivers and streams. In Kanha’s center, there is a striking natural beauty that provides chances to spot tiger, leopard, chital, sambar, three-striped palm squirrel, common langur, and jackal. Approximately 200 bird species can be found in Kanha. The only place Hard Ground Swamp Deer can be found is Kanha. Rest of the day at leisure or take a stroll around for bird watching. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 7 – 8 – Kanha National Park
Enjoy one final morning safari in Kanha before driving to Bandhavgarh National Park, renowned for its dense tiger population amid sal and bamboo forests. Home to leopards, jackals, sloth bears, and migratory birds like the steppe eagle, this former royal hunting ground offers thrilling wildlife encounters.
Day 9 – Kanha – Bandhavgarh
Morning game drive in the park. Checkout post drive, and transferred to Bandhavgarh. The Sal and bamboo forests in this park, which has one of the greatest tiger populations in the nation, provide the perfect environment for tigers. Sambar, nilgai, sloth bears, wild boars, jackals, leopards, and jungle cats are among the other residents. During the winter, Bandhavgarh is a popular destination for migratory birds, such as steppe eagles and various wildfowl. In the past, the Maharajas used Bandhavgarh as their hunting park. Enjoy the remainder of the day. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 10 – 11 – Bandhavgarh National Park
Explore the jungle with morning and evening game drives. In between safaris, enjoy the lodge facilities. All meals and overnight at the lodge.
Day 12 – Bandhavgarh – Jabalpur – Delhi
Morning game drive in the park. Once you return, eat lunch and check out. Transferred to Jabalpur Airport to board a flight to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi, you will be met by our representative who will escort you to the hotel. Overnight at hotel in Delhi.
Day 13 – Departure
Breakfast and checkout from the hotel. You will be transferred to the Delhi airport to board your flight home/onward journey.
